Our story
Vidda was founded by people who have spent their careers inside regulated institutions - in compliance, in risk, in operations, and in training. We've seen how training programmes are built, delivered and reported on. And we've seen where they fall short and what needed to be done again and again.
The problem was rarely a lack of courses. It was a lack of clear governance. Organisations trained their people, tracked completion rates, and moved on, without being able to show that training was risk-based, role-specific, or actually changing behaviour and reducing risk. We built Vidda to close that gap, connecting governance to competence, and training to real risk reduction.

Georg brings leadership experience from Visma IT, where he served as Managing Director. At Vidda, he leads product strategy and development ensuring that the platform is built on real market needs, regulatory developments and industry best practice.
